All items are shipped via Australia Post, with rates varying based on postage speed and delivery location.

Warranty Claims
All field equipment comes with a fully transferable Limited Lifetime Warranty. If your product breaks under normal conditions (such as during training, combat, or regular wear and tear), we will repair or replace it. However, damage caused by negligence is not covered. Returns & Exchanges
No worries — it happens. Reply to your original order email or send a new one to sales@echelonsystems.com.au and we'll sort it out for you. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item and the item must be undamaged and complete. Missing packaging is fine.

Misc
Bringing a product to market involves a lot of moving parts. We hold ourselves to a high standard and won't release anything until we're fully confident in it.
We generally prefer not to accept unsolicited product pitches, as it can create complications — particularly if we're already working on something similar. That said, if you're a professional organisation with a specific development need, we're open to a conversation on a case-by-case basis.
Given that a significant portion of our customers come from the military and law enforcement communities, a blanket discount isn't something that makes practical sense for us. We support these sectors in other meaningful ways.
